2022 Cocokind Impact Foundation

Through PVF,  the Cocokind Impact Foundation provides one grant of $6,000 each year to enable female-identifying founders in health, wellness, and sustainability industries with the financial assistance needed to further their business and social impact.

The 2022 Cocokind Impact Awardee is Superfamily, founded by Faustina and Beth.

Superfamily is an outdoor brand that makes hair care for active people, specifically aimed at BIPOC communities, which cite hair care as a barrier to being active. The Company reinvests profits to co-create solutions for BIPOC communities to get outside, and focuses on creating a sustainably sourced supply chain.

Superfamily is currently pre-launch and focused on 3 pillars:

• sourcing efficiaous natural ingredients and creating innovate formulas to keep textured hair healthy
• reinvesting profits to back and co-create solutions for BIPOC communities to get outside
• creating a sustainably sourced chain
